By this action, we are terminating this proceeding. Wavebounce and the GPR Service Providers Coalition (“ Wavebounce”) filed a Request for Waiver on July 6, 2004; Geophysical Survey Systems, Inc. (“ GSSI”) filed a Request for Waiver on October 13, 2004. These petitions sought to increase the emission levels permitted for ultra- wideband (“ UWB”) ground penetrating radar (“ GPR”) systems that are towed behind vehicles to determine the integrity of highways, bridges, runways, and other surfaces. 2. On October 12, 2005, GSSI filed a Motion to Withdraw its petition. On December 2, 2005, Wavebounce withdrew its petition through a Request for Dismissal of Petition. As both parties have withdrawn their petitions, we are terminating this proceeding without prejudice. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that this proceeding IS TERMINATED. This action is taken pursuant to Sections 4( i), 302, 303( e), and 303( r) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U. S. C. Sections 154( i), 302, 303( e), and 303( r). 4.
