 By  the  Deputy  Chief,  Policy  Division,  Media  Bureau: 
 1.  On  January  27,  2006,  the  City  of  Winchester,  Kentucky,  filed  with  the  Commission  an  Application  for  Review  of  the  Media  Bureau’s  Memorandum  and  Order,  DA  05-  3337,  released 
 December  29,  2005,  granting  Adelphia  Cable  Communication’s  petition  for  determination  of  effective  competition  in  twenty-  three  local  franchise  areas,  including  Winchester. 


 2.  In  a  Motion  to  Withdraw  filed  March  3,  2006,  the  City  of  Winchester  requests  that  the  Application  for  Review  be  dismissed. 
 3.  Accordingly,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that  the  Motion  to  Withdraw  filed  by  the  City  of  Winchester  IS  GRANTED  and  the  Application  for  Review  IS  DISMISSED. 
 4.  This  action  is  taken  pursuant  to  authority  delegated  by  §  0.283  of  the  Commission’s  rules.  47  C.  F.  R.  §  0.  283.
