L. for an additional 30 day period. Accordingly, Lockheed Martin Corporation is authorized to continue to perform testing of its LM- RPS1 payload for an additional period of 30 days commencing on January 6, 2006, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in its application, the Attachment to the grant and the Commission's Rules.
