DOCKET NO. 92- 287) The Region 55 (New York – Western Counties of Upstate New York) Regional Planning Committee will meet on Wednesday, April 26, 2006 at 10: 00 a. m. at the Public Safety Training Center, 1190 Scottsville Road, Room 105, Rochester, New York 14624. There will be a mandatory meeting beginning at 1: 00 PM for the potential applicants and the members of the Technical Sub- Committee will present the Window #4 application process and guidelines. The Region 55 Public Safety Regional Planning Committee meeting is open to the public. All eligible public safety providers whose sole purpose or principal purpose is to protect the safety of life, health, or property in the Region 55 would utilize these frequencies.
