 WIRELESS  TELECOMMUNICATIONS  BUREAU  GRANTS  MULTICHANNEL  VIDEO  DISTRIBUTION  AND  DATA  SERVICE  LICENSES  (MVDDS) 


 AUCTION  EVENT  NO.  63 
 Report  No.  AUC-  63  (Auction  No.  63) 
 On  December  7,  2005,  the  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau  completed  the  auction  of  22  Multichannel  Video  Distribution  and  Data  Service  (“  MVDDS”)  licenses  (“  Auction  No.  63”).  1  On  March 
 1,  2006  the  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau  announced  that,  based  upon  a  preliminary  review  of  the  long-  form  applications,  it  was  accepting  for  filing  the  applications  for  winning  bidders  in  Auction  No. 
 63.  2  Upon  further  review  and  examination,  the  applications  listed  in  Attachment  A  have  been  found  to  be  complete  and  in  conformance  with  the  Commission’s  rules.  Furthermore,  the  Commission  has  received 
 full  and  timely  payment  as  required  by  section  1.2109(  a)  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  for  the  licenses  listed  in  Attachment  A,  3  and  there  are  no  petitions  to  deny  or  other  requests  pending  that  would  prevent  grant  of 
 the  licenses. 
 Accordingly,  by  this  Public  Notice,  we  announce  the  grant  of  the  licenses  listed  in  Attachment  A.  We  grant  these  licenses  pursuant  to  Section  309(  a)  of  the  Communications  Act,  47  U.  S.  C.  §  309(  a),  and 
 section  0.331  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §  0.331,  because  it  will  serve  the  public  interest,  convenience  and  necessity. 


 This  Public  Notice  contains  the  following  Attachments:
