Washington, D.C. 20554 News Media Information 202 / 418-0500 Internet: http://www.fcc.gov TTY: 1-888-835-5322 DA 07-1097 March 13, 2007 WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU GRANTS 36 VHF PUBLIC COAST AND LOCATION AND MONITORING SERVICE LICENSES Auction Event No. 39 Report No. AUC-39 (Auction No. 39) On June 13, 2001, the Federal Communications Commission completed the auction of sixteen VHF Public Coast (“Public Coast”) and 201 Location and Monitoring Service (“LMS”) licenses in the VHF Public Coast and Location and Monitoring Service Spectrum Auction.1 After a preliminary review of the FCC long-form applications (FCC Form 601), applications for 201 licenses were accepted for filing.2 On January 26, 2007, the Bureau announced it was prepared to grant the Telesaurus Holdings GB, LLC (“Telesaurus”) applications upon full and timely payment.3 Upon further review, we find that the applications filed by Telesaurus, listed in Attachment A to this Public Notice, are complete and conform to the Commission’s rules. Furthermore, the Commission has received full payment, as required by Section 1.2109(a) of its rules,4 for the licenses listed in Attachment A. Accordingly, by this Public Notice, we announce the grant of the licenses listed in Attachment A.
