By the Acting Deputy Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau:
1. The Wireline Competition Bureau has under consideration a Request for Review filed by 
Kress Independent School District, Kress, Texas (Kress), seeking a service provider identification number 
(SPIN) change and a service substitution.1 Upon review of the record, we find that the Schools and 
Libraries Division of the Universal Service Administrative Company has approved Kress’s request.2  
Accordingly, we dismiss Kress’s Request for Review as moot.  
2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, that, pursuant to the authority contained in sections 
1-4 and 254 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §§ 151-154 and 254, and 
pursuant to authority delegated under sections 0.91, 0.291, and 54.722(a) of the Commission's rules, 47 
C.F.R. §§ 0.91, 0.291, and 54.722(a), that the Request for Review filed February 3, 2004, by Kress 
Independent School District, Kress, Texas, IS DISMISSED AS MOOT.
