MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

By the Chief, Media Bureau:
1. In this Memorandum Opinion and Order, we set aside, on our own motion, the 
Memorandum Opinion and Order and Notice of Apparent Liability issued to Big Sky Owners 
Association, Inc. (the “Licensee”) on February 16, 2007.1 With this action, the grant in the MO&O/NAL 
of the Licensee’s above-captioned application for renewal of its license for FM translator Station 
K257AE, West Fork, Montana, is set aside and the application is returned to pending status.  In addition, 
the forfeiture proposed against the Licensee in the MO&O/NAL is also set aside, without prejudice to the 
issuance in the future of a notice of apparent liability to the Licensee proposing a forfeiture for the 
conduct discussed in the MO&O/NAL. 
2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Sections 0.61, 0.283 and 1.113 of the 
Commission’s Rules,2 the Memorandum Opinion and Order and Notice of Apparent Liability issued to 
Big Sky Owners Association, Inc. on February 16, 2007, IS SET ASIDE.
3. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the application of Big Sky Owners Association, Inc.
for renewal of its license for FM translator Station K257AE, West Fork, Montana (File No. BRFT-
20051216AAO) is returned to pending status.
4. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Memorandum Opinion and Order shall 
be sent, by First Class and Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, to Big Sky Owners Association, 
Inc., P. O. Box 160057, Big Sky, Montana 59716.
