On May 19, 2005, GTA Wireless, LLC (GTA), filed a Petition for Designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier (Petition) in the above-captioned proceeding.1 In its Petition, GTA sought designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier throughout the Territory of Guam, pursuant to section 214(e)(6) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended.2 On October 3, 2006, Pulse Mobile, LLC, formerly GTA, submitted a request to withdraw the Petition. We grant the GTA request for withdrawal. 2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to the authority contained in sections 1-4, 214, and 254 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §§ 151-154, 214, and 254, and the authority delegated under sections 0.91 and 0.291 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 0.91, 0.291, that the request to withdraw GTA’s Petition for Designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier in Guam IS GRANTED. 3.
