NEW FCC FORM 340 AVAILABLE FOR USE
The following form has been approved for use by the Office of Management and Budget and is now 
available for filing:
· FCC 340, Application for Construction Permit for Reserved Channel Noncommercial 
Educational Broadcast Station (February 2007 Edition). 
This revised form is effective immediately and should be used by all broadcast station licensees.  
All previous editions of the FCC 340 are obsolete and may not be used. 
The FCC 340 form may be accessed using the Media Bureau’s Consolidated Database System 
(CDBS).  This system enables the public to complete and file these forms via the Internet from the 
Media Bureau’s Web Site, http://www.fcc.gov/mb/elecfile.html.  FCC 340 must be filed 
electronically in CDBS.
