PAUL BUNYAN RURAL TELEPHONE COOPERATIVE FILES AN APPLICATION 
FOR OPEN VIDEO SYSTEM CERTIFICATION
Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. §76.1502, Paul Bunyan Rural Telephone Cooperative (“Paul Bunyan”), filed an 
application for certification to operate an Open Video System serving the communities of Ten Lakes 
Township, Lake George Township, Lake Alice Township, Lake Hattie Township, Pike Bay Township, Grand 
Rapids Township, and the City of Laprairie, Minnesota.  Comments are due to be filed with the Office of the 
Secretary and the Office of the Bureau Chief, Media Bureau, on or before April 2, 2007.  Comments must be 
filed in accordance with the requirements set forth in 47 C.F.R. § 76.1502(e).  Paul Bunyan’s application is
