Domestic Section 214 Application Filed for the Transfer of Control of W2Com International, LLC to Reduced Rate Long Distance, LLC (filed March 22, 2006). After a preliminary review of the application, the Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau) determined that the application did not include all of the information required by the Commission’s rules.2 The Bureau requested that the Applicants file an amendment to complete the application. Applicants have not complied with that request. As a result, the Commission has not released a public notice seeking comment on the application. In accordance with section 63.51 of the Commission’s rules,3 the Bureau dismisses without prejudice the application as incomplete. Applicants may refile their application once they are able to comply with the Commission’s filing requirements.
