On December 28, 2006, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority (STA) to XM Radio Inc. (XM) to operate one
terrestrial repeater in Las Vegas, Nevada, at the location and with the technical parameters specified in its application and in its letter
of December 22, 2006, for a period of 30 days, subject to conditions.
