(Value Added) filed a petition for review of the Wireline Competition Bureau’s (Bureau) order denying their requests for review of decisions of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) concerning contribution obligations to the Universal Service Fund (USF).1 Specifically, Eureka and Value Added request that the Commission reconsider the Bureau’s decision to deny their requests for review of USAC’s decisions and direct that all outstanding universal service payments, including late fees and penalties, be reversed.2 The Commission seeks comment on Eureka’s and Value Added’s petitions. Interested parties may file comments on or before June 1, 2007 and reply comments on or before June 15, 2007.
