On May 23, 2007, the Satellite Policy Branch granted PanAmSat Licensee Corp. special temporary authority from May 28 2007
through June 27, 2007 to (1) conduct space station Telemetry, Tracking, Control, and Monitoring operations in the 5925.5, 6425.5,
4197.125, and 4198.875 MHz frequecies during the relocation of the Galaxy 17 satellite from the 81° W.L. orbital location to the
75.5° W.L. orbital location and (2) conduct in-orbit testing of Galaxy 17 at the 75.5° W.L. orbital location in the
3700-4200/5925-6425 MHz and the 11.7-12.2/14.0-14.5 GHz bands.
