By the Deputy Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau:
1. On October 10, 2006, Twin Valley Telephone, Inc. (Twin Valley) filed a Petition for 
Clarification of the effective date of the Wireline Competition Bureau’s order granting it waivers of the 
study area boundary freeze and section 69.3(e)(11) of the Commission’s rules.1 On April 26, 2006, Twin 
Valley filed a request to withdraw the Petition for Clarification.2 We grant Twin Valley’s request for 
withdrawal.
2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to the authority contained in sections 1-4, 
and 254 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §§ 151-154, and 254, and the 
authority delegated under sections 0.91 and 0.291 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 0.91, 0.291, 
that Twin Valley’s request to withdraw its Petition for Clarification IS GRANTED.

3. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, pursuant to the authority contained in sections 1-4, and

delegated under sections 0.91 and 0.291 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 0.91, 0.291, that Twin 
Valleys’ Petition for Clarification IS DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
4. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to authority delegated under sections 0.91, 
0.291 and 1.102 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 0.91, 0.291, 1.102, this order SHALL BE 
EFFECTIVE upon release.
