(collectively “NationsLine,” and together with Infinite, “Applicants”) filed an application requesting authority to transfer certain assets, including equipment, various contracts, customers, and governmental authorizations, from NationsLine to Infinite.1 On March 30, 2007, the application was removed from streamlined treatment for further consideration of the transaction.2 Subsequently, on May 9, 2007, Applicants filed a request to withdraw the application stating that they had mutually agreed to terminate the proposed transaction. Applicants’ request to withdraw their domestic section 214 application is granted and this proceeding is terminated.
