In this order, we dismiss as moot the November 4, 2003, Request for Stay of Wireless-to- Wireless Porting Obligations filed by Central Texas Telephone Cooperative, Inc., Kaplan Telephone Co., Inc., Leaco Rural Telephone Cooperative, Inc., and Valley Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (collectively, movants).1 The movants’ petition asked the Commission to stay its October 7, 2003, order addressing wireless-to-wireless porting issues, pending resolution of an appeal of that order that was to be filed with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. 2. After filing the motion for stay with the Commission, the movants filed a Petition for Review of the October 7th Order with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
