On May 10, 2007, the Media Bureau issued a Broadcast Actions Public Notice (Broadcast Applications, Report No. 26483) announcing that the applications had been accepted for filing and establishing a pleading cycle to permit interested parties an opportunity to comment on the proposed transaction. The petition-to-deny period for this application ends at close of business on June 11, 2007. 47 C.F.R. §73.3584(a). By this Public Notice, the Media Bureau announces that this proceeding has been docketed. The docket number is MB 07-119.
