Additional Members Named to Consumer Advisory Committee 
By this Public Notice, the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”) announces the 
appointment of two (2) additional members to its Consumer Advisory Committee (“Committee”). In 
addition, the Commission announces the name of the Consumer Federation of America’s representative.  
The Commission previously announced, by Public Notice dated and released June 8, 2007 (DA 07-2426),  
the appointment of twenty-six (26) members to the Committee.  
Additional Committee Members
This appointment is effective immediately, and shall terminate November 17, 2008, or when the 
Committee is terminated, whichever is earlier.
The Additional Committee Members are as follows:
National Association of Broadcasters – John L. Sander
Benton Foundation – Charles Benton
The Consumer Federation of America’s representative on the CAC - Paul Schlaver
