Dear Mr. Shapiro:
On January 4, 2007, Hereford Cablevision (Hereford) filed the above-captioned 
application for assignment of the receive-only earth station, call sign KK65, located in Hereford, 
TX.  The license for this earth station, however, expired on March 11, 1993.1 Thus, there is no 
license to assign.
Accordingly, pursuant to Section 25.112(a)(1) of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. 
§25.112(a)(1), and Section 0.261 of the Commission’s rules on delegations of authority, 47 
C.F.R. §0.261, we dismiss the above-captioned assignment application as moot.
