Children’s Television Obligations of Commercial Television Broadcasters –
Applicability of the Filing Window for Revised FCC Form 398
Due to technical upgrades of the FCC Form 398 database, the Commission issued a Public Notice on 
March 20, 2007, extending the window for first quarter 2007 filings from April 1 through 10 to June 1 
through 10.1  Because the conversion of the FCC’s children’s television database system is complete and 
approved, we issue this reminder that the normal filing windows are now in effect, starting with the next 
regularly scheduled window of July 1 through July 10, 2007. 2 As always, the filing window is applicable 
to both electronic filing with the Commission as well as placement of the report in the station’s public 
inspection file.
