Nature of Service: Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service Horizons notified the Commission of a pro forma change in ownership of Intelsat Corporation, which occurred on October 30, 2006. As described in its filing, indirect control of Intelsat Corporation was transferred in a series of pro forma transactions that resulted in Intelsat (Gilbraltar), Ltd., Intelsat (Luxembourg) Sarl, and Intelsat (Poland) Sp.z.o.o. being interposed as 100 percent owned holding companies between Intelsat (Bermuda), Ltd. and Intelsat Holding Corporation. The notification application was placed on public notice for comments on January 12, 2007 (Report No. SAT-00412). The Commission did not receive any comments. The Commission's records will be modified to reflect the continuance of the listing of this satellite on the Permitted Space Station List. S2191SAT-STA-20070628-00089 E Effective Date: 07/17/2007Grant of Authority Special Temporary Authority DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On July 17, 2007, the Policy Branch granted with conditions the request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC ("DIRECTV") for special temporary authority, File No. SAT-STA-20070628-00089. Accordingly, DIRECTV IS AUTHORIZED, for a 60-day period commencing on July 16, 2007 to conduct telemetry, tracking and command (TT&C) operations necessary to relocate the SPACEWAY 1 satellite from from the 102.8° W.L. orbital location to the 102.885º W.L. orbital location and to operate at that location. DIRECTV is also authorized to operate the Ka-band payload (18.3-18.8/19.7 -20.2 GHz (Downlink) and the 28.35 - 28.60/29.25-30.00 GHz (Uplink) on a non-interference basis.
