PETITION ON BEHALF OF ITS INCUMBENT LEC AFFILIATES SEEKING FORBEARANCE FROM ENFORCEMENT OF CERTAIN ARMIS REPORTING REQUIREMENTS WC Docket No. 07-139 COMMENTS DUE: August 20, 2007 REPLY COMMENTS DUE: September 19, 2007 On June 8, 2007, AT&T Inc., on behalf of its incumbent local exchange carrier (incumbent LEC) affiliates, filed a petition requesting forbearance under 47 U.S.C. § 160(c) from enforcement of certain Automated Reporting Management Information System (ARMIS) Reporting requirements.1 Specifically, AT&T seeks forbearance for its incumbent LEC affiliates from Commission rules requiring submission of ARMIS Reports 43-05 (Service Quality Report), 43-06 (Customer Satisfaction Report), 43-07 (Infrastructure Report), and 43-08 (Operating Data Report).2 Pursuant to sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission’s rules,3 interested parties may file comments on or before August 20, 2007 and reply comments on or before September 19, 2007.
