As part of the WTB’s effort to provide continual improvements to its public services, the public access files will be housed in a new location. The new server will store public access files for the following systems: Universal Licensing System (ULS), Antenna Structure Registration (ASR), FAA Airport files and Ownership. Beginning with the release of this Public Notice, the public access files will be housed at the following location: ftp://wireless.fcc.gov/pub/uls. The files will be retained at their current location, ftp://ftp.fcc.gov/pub/Bureaus/Wireless/Databases/uls/, for a two month period to allow all users to transfer to the new site. Public Access Download Site: The public access files can be downloaded at the ULS download site: ftp://wireless.fcc.gov/pub/uls The site provides various options to download daily or weekly database files of ULS Licenses. Additionally, the site provides a variety of documents that you can view to learn more about the public access files for ULS, ASR, and Ownership. The site will be updated by the FCC to accommodate the new location and there will be no viewable changes on the site. However, if you use automated programs to download the public access files, then those programs will need to be updated to download files from the new location (ftp://wireless.fcc.gov/pub/uls/).
