Sirius Satellite Radio Inc.
On August 13, 2007, the Satellite Engineering Branch granted special temporary authority (STA) to Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. (Sirius) to operate
an indoor terrestrial repeater with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of up to 200 watts (average) and up to five indoor repeaters
with EIRP of up to 0.0001 watts at the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas, TX, from August 21-25, 2007, and at CEDIA EXPO 2007 in
Denver, CO, from September 3-9, 2007, according to the technical parameters specified in its application and letter of August 7, 2007, subject to
conditions.

On August 10, 2007, the Satellite Division granted with condtiions Hughes Communications, Inc.'s (Hughes) application for Special Temporary
Authority, File No SAT-STA-20070720-00106.  Hughes is authorized to conduct in-orbit testing of the SPACEWAY 3 satellite at the 94.95 W.L.
orbital location for a period of 30 days from August 14, 2007 to September 13, 2007, in frequencies authorized under Call Sign S2663.  See
SAT-MOD-20060306-00025 and SAT-MOD-20060901-00093.  This authorization is granted in accordance with the terms, conditions, and
technical specifications set forth in Hughes' application, the attached condtions, and the Commission's rules.
