(“KUTV”), a wholly owned subsidiary of CBS Broadcasting, Inc. (“CBS”).1 On June 27, 2007, the staff released a letter of inquiry seeking further information in order to determine whether CBS and KUTV had taken actions consistent with the terms of the November 23, 2004, Consent Decree between Viacom, Inc., CBS’s parent, and the Commission. By this letter, we are a granting a sua sponte extension of time to respond to the June 27, 2007, letter of inquiry.
