APPLICATION PROCEEDING

On August 14, 2007, Charter Communications Entertainment II, LLC, CCO Fiberlink, LLC, Charter Fiberlink 
CA-CCO, LLC, (collectively, “Charter”) WaveDivision VI, LLC and Wave Broadband, LLC (Wave Broadband) filed an 
application requesting authority to transfer certain assets from Wave to Charter.1  On August 24, 2007, Applicants filed a 
request to withdraw the application.2
Applicants’ request to withdraw their domestic section 214 application is granted and this proceeding is 
terminated.
