These include, but are not limited to: 1) licensee requests for extension of time for planning or rebanding implementation;2 2) requests for waiver to allow reimbursement of rebanding costs for facilities operating pursuant to STA;3 and 3) filings in de novo review proceedings.4 This e-mail address replaces the address pscidreview@fcc.gov established by the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau in January 2006.5 The establishment of this e-mail address does not supersede other formal filing requirements in the Commission’s rules.
