On October 4, 2007, the Commission issued an Order on Reconsideration revising the emergency backup power rule set forth in Section 12.2 of the Commission’s rules.1 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Section 4(i) and (j) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §§154(i) and (j), and Section 1.3 of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.3, that the previously-adopted Section 12.2 in the Katrina Panel Order is suspended until publication in the Federal Register of the Order on Reconsideration in which the Commission adopted the amended Section 12.2. 3. The effective date of this Order is the date upon which this Order is released by the Commission. 4.
