Media Bureau To Extend Window for NCE FM New Station and Major 
Change Applications; Window Will Close on October 22, 2007
The Media Bureau (Bureau) announces that is extending the NCE FM filing window until 2 p.m. EDT, 
October 22, 2007.  This extension is necessary to avoid any hardship resulting from a CDBS system 
outage today between 1:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
