The Office of Managing Director Provides Additional Time for Nominations to
The Universal Service Administrative Company Board of Directors

Nominations due by: December 1, 2007  
On October 12, 2007, pursuant to section 54.703(c) of the Commission’s rules,1 the Office of the 
Managing Director (“OMD”) sought nominations for seven positions on the Board of Directors of the 
Universal Service Administrative Company.2  With this Public Notice, OMD extends the original due 
date for nominations by 30 days, to December 1, 2007, in order to provide interested parties the 
opportunity to prepare and submit nominations. Please refer to the October 12, 2007 Public Notice for 
filing instructions.
