WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU TO DISMISS ALL APPLICATIONS 
FILED ON FCC FORM 854 JANUARY 2006
EFFECTIVE WITH RECEIPTS OF DECEMBER 10TH, 2007
Effective with receipts of December 10th, 2007, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau 
(WTB) will no longer accept applications filed on FCC Form 854 with edition dates prior to 
January 2006.  Applicants can avoid filing outdated editions by submitting their applications 
through the Universal Licensing System (ULS).  To file online, go to http://wireless.fcc.gov/ and 
click on the Antenna Structure Registration.  To obtain a current copy of FCC Form 854, visit the 
FCC forms page on the Web at http://www.fcc.gov/formpage.html or dial the FCC’s Fax Information 
System, 202 / 418-0177 and request document number 3000854.  You can also obtain paper copies 
of FCC Form 854 from the FCC Forms Distribution Center by phone at 800 / 418-3676.
