In this Forfeiture Order (“Order”), we issue a monetary forfeiture in the amount of ten thousand, five hundred dollars ($10,500) against Yellow Cab Leasing, Inc. (“Yellow Cab”) for willful and repeated violation of Section 301 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (“Act”),1 and Sections 1.903 and 1.949(a) of the Commission’s Rules (“Rules”).2 The noted violations involve Yellow Cab’s operation of a Private Land Mobile Radio Service station without Commission authority, failure to file a timely renewal application for the station and failure to respond to directives of the Enforcement Bureau (“Bureau”) to provide certain information. 2. On July 10, 2007, the Spectrum Enforcement Division issued a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture (“NAL”) in the amount of $10,500 to Yellow Cab.3 Yellow Cab has not filed a response to the NAL. Based on the information before us, we affirm this forfeiture. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED THAT, pursuant to Section 503(b) of the Act4 and Sections 0.111, 0.311 and 1.80(f)(4) of the Rules,5 Yellow Cab Leasing, Inc. IS LIABLE FOR A MONETARY FORFEITURE in the amount of ten thousand, five hundred dollars ($10,500) for willfully and repeatedly violating Section 301 of the Act and Sections 1.903 and 1.949(a) of the Rules and for willfully and repeatedly failing to respond to a Bureau order. 4. Payment of the forfeiture shall be made in the manner provided for in Section 1.80 of the Rules within 30 days of the release of this Order.
