(Central Texas) filed a letter requesting authority to include in its rate base the interstate portion of the prepaid post-employment health benefits recorded in Account 1410, Other noncurrent assets.1 Central Texas uses a pre-funded trust for the retirement benefits, which has a pre-paid balance relating to post-retirement health benefits of $163,173 as of December 31, 2005. Interested parties may file comments on or before February 20, 2007, and reply comments on or before March 2, 2007. Comments may be filed using the Commission's Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) or by filing paper copies.2 Comments filed through the ECFS can be sent as an electronic file via the Internet to http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/ecfs/.
