On February 9, 2007, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority (STA) to XM Radio Inc. (XM) to operate terrestrial repeaters with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of up to 0.5 watts and 0.0001 watts at the events, and with the technical parameters, specified in Exhibit A to the above-captioned application for a period of 180 days, commencing on February 9, 2007, subject to conditions.
