As of March 5, 2007, customers will be able to reach the FCC ULS Hotline from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Eastern Time Monday – Friday (except Federal holidays). As a general matter, customers should contact ULS Customer Support with their technical concerns regarding ULS. In addition, the ULS Customer Service Hotline is a resource for customers with questions about which application purpose(s) are appropriate for a particular filing, what information is being requested on a ULS form or schedule, or FCC Registration Number (FRN) Password issues.
