ORDER EXTENDING FILING DATE
FOR 2008 ANNUAL LEASED ACCESS REPORT

1. On February 1, 2008, the Commission released a Report and Order revising rules pertaining 
to the commercial leased access of cable channels.1 In the Report and Order, the Commission adopted a 
requirement for the annual reporting of leased access statistics.  The Commission adopted the annual 
reporting requirement for cable operators to submit information pertaining to leased access rates, usage, 
channel placement, and complaints, among other leased access matters, to ensure that the Commission 
has sufficient up-to-date information on the status of leased access programming.2 In this Order, we 
extend the Annual Report filing date for 2008 from April 30 to July 15, 2008, and the voluntary comment 
date from May 15 to July 31, 2008.  We hereby extend the 2008 filing date to permit review of the 
information collection by the Office of Management and Budget.     
2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to the authority found in Sections 4(i), 303, and
612 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §§ 154(i), 303, and 532, that the annual 
filing date for leased access Annual Reports for 2008 IS EXTENDED from April 30, 2008, until July 15, 
2008.
3. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, pursuant to the authority found in Sections 4(i), 303, and 612 
of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §§ 154(i), 303, and 532, that the deadline for 
filing voluntary comments concerning the Annual Reports for 2008 IS EXTENDED until July 31, 2008. 
4. This action is taken pursuant to authority delegated by Section 0.283 of the Commission's 
Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 0.283.
