Comcast Cable Communications, LLC (“Comcast”) has filed a Motion for Extension of Time in which to submit its Answer to the above-captioned program carriage complaint (“Complaint”) filed by NFL Enterprises LLC (“NFL”). Comcast requests an extension until Friday, June 20, 2008. The NFL consents to the extension. 2. We believe that good cause exists for the requested extension. We find that grant of this extension will not prevent the Commission from deciding the Complaint in a timely manner and may serve to assist in the expeditious resolution of this Complaint by affording sufficient time to fully address the issues in dispute. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion for Extension of Time filed by Comcast Cable Communications, LLC IS GRANTED. Comcast’s Answer in this proceeding shall be due on or before June 20, 2008.
