On July 18, 2008, Time Warner Cable Inc. (“Time Warner”) filed with the Commission a Motion for Extension of Time Within Which to File Reply (“Motion”) requesting an additional two business days, until July 28, 2008, to submit a reply to the Opposition of Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (“MASN”) in the above-captioned matter.1 Time Warner asserts that an extension is necessary given the length and complexity of MASN’s opposition, the importance of issues raised in the proceeding, and the absence of any prejudice to MASN.2 2. We grant Time Warner’s request for an additional two business days in which to respond to MASN’s Opposition to Time Warner’s Petition for Review (“Petition”) in the above-captioned proceeding. We find that permitting Time Warner this additional time will allow it to prepare an adequate response and enable the Bureau to address the merits of its Petition on the basis of a more complete record, and thus serves the public interest. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion for Extension of Time Within Which to File Reply filed by Time Warner in the above-captioned proceeding IS GRANTED as indicated herein. 1 In the Matter of TCR Sports Broadcasting Holding, L.L.P., d/b/a Mid-Atlantic Sports Network v.
