TCR Sports Broadcasting Holding, L.L.P., d/b/a Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (“MASN”) has filed a Motion for Extension of Time in which to submit its Reply to the Answer of Comcast Corporation (“Comcast”) to the above-captioned program carriage complaint (“Complaint”).1 MASN requests an extension of three business days until Monday, August 25, 2008. MASN states that this additional time will enable it to prepare an adequate Reply which will facilitate a more complete record. 2. We believe that good cause exists for the requested extension. We find that grant of this extension will not prevent the Commission from deciding the Complaint in a timely manner and may serve to assist in the expeditious resolution of this Complaint by affording sufficient time to fully address the issues in dispute. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion for Extension of Time filed by TCR Sports Broadcasting Holding, L.L.P., d/b/a Mid-Atlantic Sports Network IS GRANTED.
