APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATION AS AN ACCOUNTING AUTHORITY
In accordance with Part 3 of the Commission’s Rules, this public notice announces that the following 
applicant has applied for Certification as an Accounting Authority:

The intent of this Public Notice is to invite informal public comment on the qualifications of this 
applicant from any interested parties. All comments will be reviewed in accordance with guidelines 
established by the Commission in 47 C.F.R. § 3.29. Comments must be mailed to the  Office of the 
Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, 445 12th Street, SW, Washington, DC 20554, with a
