S2647SAT-STA-20080724-00148 E Effective Date: 09/24/2008Grant of Authority Special Temporary Authority Intelsat North America LLC On September 24, 2008, the Satellite Policy Branch granted with conditions special temporary authority to Intelsat North America LLC for a period of 30 days, commencing on October 6, 2008, to operate the Galaxy 19 satellite (Call Sign S2647) at the 145.5 degrees W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) C-band frequencies, and in the 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) Ku-band frequencies, to provide in-orbit testing.
