On October 3, 2008, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, a  30-day extension, through October 23, 2008, of PanAmSat Licensee
Corp.'s special temporary authority to drift Galaxy 11 from the 91º  W.L. orbital location to 92.90º  W.L. orbital location, and to operate its
PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s Galaxy 11 at the 92.90º  W.L. location prior to relocating the satellite to the 32.8º  E.L. orbital location.

On October 3, 2008, the Satellite Engineering Branch granted with conditions special temporary authority to XM Radio Inc. to continue to operate
for a period of 30 days the Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) terrestrial repeater in Cincinnati, OH, specified in Attachment C to the
Consent Decree adopted on July 25, 2008 (FCC 08-177), before bringing this repeater into compliance with existing authorized parameters.
