CBC BROADBAND HOLDINGS LLC FILES AN APPLICATION FOR OPEN VIDEO SYSTEM 
CERTIFICATION
Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. §76.1502, CBC Broadband Holdings LLC (“CBC”), filed an application for 
certification to operate an Open Video System serving Monrovia and Arcadia, California.  Comments are due 
to be filed with the Office of the Secretary and the Office of the Bureau Chief, Media Bureau, on or before 
October 14, 2008.  Comments must be filed in accordance with the requirements set forth in 47 C.F.R. § 
76.1502(e).  CBC’s application is available via the Internet:  http://www.fcc.gov/mb/ovs/csovs
