The Commission set the comment and reply comment deadlines at 14 and 21 days, respectively, after publication of the FNPRM in the Federal Register. A summary of the FNPRM was published in the Federal Register today.2 Accordingly, comments on the FNPRM are due November 26, 2008, and reply comments are due December 3, 2008.
