11.201 GHz and 11.202 GHz, and transmit power control beacons from MSV-1 at 11446.25 and 11448.75 MHz as amended by
SAT-AMD-20070508-00069.  This grant is in accordance to the terms specified in the attachment to the grant and the Commission's rules.

On November 19, 2008, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, Intelsat North America LLC's (Intelsat) modification to provide Fixed
Satellite Services (FSS) in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7 to 12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and
14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands using the Galaxy 25 space station at the 93.1° W.L. orbital location.  These operations are
authorized in accordance with the terms, technical specifications set forth in the application, and the attachment to the grant and the Commission's
rules.
