The Wireline Competition Bureau Provides Additional Time for Nominations to
The Universal Service Administrative Company Board of Directors

Nominations due by:  December 19, 2008  
On November 12, 2008, pursuant to section 54.703(c) of the Commission’s rules,1 the Wireline 
Competition Bureau (Bureau) sought nominations for six positions on the Board of Directors of the 
Universal Service Administrative Company.2 With this public notice, the Bureau extends the original due 
date for nominations to December 19, 2008, to provide interested parties the opportunity to prepare and 
submit nominations.  Please refer to the November 12, 2008 public notice for filing instructions.
