1. The Audio Division, on its own motion, hereby sets aside the Notice of Proposed Rule 
Making and Order to Show Cause,1 DA 08-2619, pursuant to Section 1.113(a) of the Commission’s 
Rules.2 The Commission has already released a Notice of Proposed Rule Making and Order to Show 
Cause3 in this proceeding.
2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, That the Notice of Proposed Rule Making and 
Order to Show Cause, DA 08-2619, IS SET ASIDE pursuant to Section 1.113(a) of the Commission’s 
Rules.
