On December 17, 2008, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, Pegasus Development DBS Corporation's application to construct, launch,
and operate a 17/24 GHz Broadcasting-Satellite Service space station at the 115º W.L. orbital location.  Pegasus is authorized to operate a 17/24
GHz Broadcasting-Satellite Service space station at the 115º W.L. orbital location using the 17.3-17.8 GHz (space-to-Earth) and the 24.75-25.25
GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, with the 17.7-17.8 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band limited to international service only, in
accordance with the terms and conditions contained in Pegasus's application, the Federal Communications Commission's rules, and the conditions
contained in the attachment to grant.

The Satellite Division has determined that ORBIMAGE License Corp. (ORBIMAGE) has met the launch and operation milestone
associated with its reservation of spectrum in the X-band for the GeoEye-1 space station (formerly called "OrbView-5"). ORBIMAGE may
cancel the bond as provided in the Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and
Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station
Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004).
